Unable to record online training sites

Up until recently I have been able to record online training videos which I have subscribed to so that I can view them offline.
I am not sure what has changed, however I am now unable to record these sites. Other sites remain okay.
The sites I have subscribed to are Total Training and VCT:confused:

I subscribe to this service and have to log on before I can access all of the content, however there are free videos available to anyone.

I was able to capture the sample video without any issue. I did have to change the extension of the capture file from mp4 to mov. This allowed it to play in Quick Time. Are you able to capture the sample video? It is likely that the members video use added security and may be streamed differently.
