Repeated Attempts at XM Login

I have Replay A/V 8.77 but am having no luck in logging in to record stream from XM Radio. I am able to listen online through the XM Radio site, but the Replay recording process trys to connect 3 times but eventually fails. Any advice?

Please make sure you have a password of under 11 characters. If you do and you are still having an issue please contact tech support as more information will be needed.
