Replay Music 3.95 will not tag tracks from Rhapsody

Replay Music 3.95 is not tagging tracks. It is listing them as Track 1 etc. Is there a way to confirm the program is talking to the tagging server? I am running XP SP3. Note: After importing MP3 files into program to try and tag, the program started tagging correctly. I will see if sucess continues.

I am having the same problem. I am a longtime user of Music Replay and have considered it one of most useful pieces of software I have purchased over the years. However, I have upgraded and it no longer tags songs from Rhapsody.
Ive set inputs to defaults, made sure I was recording with the audio driver... still will not recognize songs I have recorded in the past, so I dont think it's because the database hasnt been updated.
Any suggestions??

Make sure you go to Rhapsody from within our program. If you do have a problem please contact tech support as a log file and additional information will be needed.

Yeah, on further reading, I switched from the external player to the web-page player, and it worked fine.
