My Replay Music3 is not timing

My Replay Music 3 is not recoeding. Note the UV Meter is moving but the recording is not timing needs help. thanking you all

Make sure you are using the latest version. If you are not please uninstall and reboot prior to installing. If you continue to have an issue please contact tech support with additional information such as your log file, what version of windows you are using, and what link you are trying to record.
