I can't record the audio from MPGs using Replay

I can't record the audio from MPGs using Replay. I the past I was able to play an MPEG, AVI, MP4 wtc on Windows Media Player and capture the audio as an mp3 using Replay Music. I had to reload Replay due to a HD crash and now it won't do this. Please help!

maybe the HD crash had an effect on the program. Have you tried reinstalling it?
