View Full Version : Replay Music stopped finding music

Hello!

I used Music Replay 3 first time yesterday and everything worked fine... Today, not that fine.

Music Replay doesn't "hear" the music or what to say when I'm trying to record from Spotify. I followed the thing in FAQ and no difference.

I haven't changed any settings since I used it yesterday... any ideas?

Open Music
Select Start Recording
Our dialog box comes up
At the bottom it says to open website to record
Select that and our page comes up
Go back to the dialog box and select OK
Now, go to what you want to record.

I too have purchased Replay 3. Recording from Spotify and was perfect in demo mode and for a couple of sessions after payment made. Now nothing. No recording on the clock counter, and no identification of Spotify in the status panel.

Followed your instructions above but no difference. + I can't see why it would.

I could have a personal issue with "genpuid.exe" file which was highlighted when I deleted a demo trial before reinstalling demo for second time and then paying. I've also removed UAC to see if this was a cause. No luck here either.

Could you offer any other suggestion?

Please contact tech support as a log file and additional info is needed if you continue to have this issue.
