hello
i have RMC 3.11 and i have a problem like this.

i download rmc just to catch my favorite football shows. when i download the whole game i saw an icon that said " http://www.applian.com/replay-media-catcher/screenshots/white-partial.gifPartial recording finished. "

after this, when i try to play the file with any player (except applian flv player) the file is not recognized..
i try to convert it but with no luck. noone converter (either applians one) can recognize the file.
i try almost everything. noone player can plays the .flv file, and noone software can convert it to a most friendly format.

the all i can do is watching the video via applian flv player. with this, it plays perfectly!

but i want to cut it, change video format and store only the parts i love.

i show you the file infos as it appears in "mediainfo" software of k-lite codec pack:
