View Full Version : Replay Music 3 problems

I have upgraded to Music 3 and the program close's while recording music with a message "Explorer has a problem and will close your application"
I have done the following things to try to fix this problem:
1. Reset RM3
2. Dowloaded RM3 again
Needless to say I love the new program and I would like to use it more instead of MR2. Help.

Is it Windows Explorer or Internet Explorer that is crashing? What source are you recording from when the crash occurs?

In this case it might be best to sumbit a tech support ticket so that we can examine your log file.

Intermet explorer is crashing and I'm on Napster web site. Thanks

Please try the online version of Napster instead of the standalone player. If that is not the case contact tech support for further assistance. Thanks.
