RMC screen does not display recordings after program is closed

I recently upgraded and bought the Replay Media Suite. I can record videos and when I'm finished, they do appear in the "open storrage directory" under "tools" in the menu bar, but they do not appear in the Replay Media Catcher screen. How can I get them to appear on the RMC screen as is shown in the first illustration of the instructions? Is there a setting I need to adjust?

They will only appear on this screen when you first record them. They do not stay on this screen once the program has been closed. You will need to access them through the storage directory.
