I received a link from friend and am very excited, but unsure if i can run this under Linux. I have puppy Linux atm and centOS on another machine.

If needed I will load an old machine with windows 98..I can't use windows 7 with my current machines and too poor to buy a new computer...yet.

So my second question is win 98 good enough to run this app, if Linux is unable ?

Just so I am not trying the wrong thing. The link was for

http://www.free-tv-video-online.info and I hope this is the program that will let me access some tv shows.

Thanks
Adam

What program are you referring to? Also, our programs do not work with other operating systems at this time. Thanks.

I don't think it will work with Linux. I haven't even tried using it with Win 98 either.

To watch online flash videos in Linux you need a web-browser as well as Adobe Flash Player. Try Firefox and Opera web-browsers.

If you have problems watching online flash video in Linux, you can install Wine, a free Windows emulator. I've recently installed Opera 10 for Windows, Firefox for Windows and Adobe Flash Player for Windows using Wine.

You can also use Wine to record HTTP and RTMP flash video streams with Replay Media Catcher. I've posted a couple of screenshots about Replay Media Catcher recording flash video from Firefox in the following thread:
Replay Media Catcher works on Ubuntu with Wine (Crossover) and on Mac OS with Darwine
The screenshots were made in Ubuntu 9.10.
