Replay A/V Crash (CPU loop) on recording

I have started to have severall occasions of Replay A/V hanging in a CPU loop when trying to record some streams. An example of a stream that causes this is:

rtsp://rmv8.bbc.net.uk:554/radio4fmcoyopa/radio_4_fm_-_wedneday_0945.ra

I had this on A/V 8.42 and in a hope that it had been fixed just upgraded to 8.73B but that still has the same problem.

Any ideas?

Just checked and the WMA stream for a similar recording and that also does not work -try:

mms://wm-acl.bbc.co.uk/wms/radio4fmcoyopa/radio_4_fm_-_thursday_0945.wma

Note I was able to record Episode 1 OK but get the crash on all the other episiodes I have tried.

Are you using audio or stream capture? What version of windows are you using. The more information you give people the easier it is for them to help you.
