Replay A/V - tidy up of folders

As a result of having the system automatically delete shows after a set number of days I have ended up with a lot of folders containing small text files. Is there a piece of software that will detect these redundant files and remove them ?

I have something that works on totally empty files but it won't allow me to set a minimum file size.
