As the internet tie-in is REQUIRED this means that the majority of recordings can be/ are identified and therefore could be tracked back to the the specific RM/IPaddress etc which in turn is connected to our credit card details. This means that in theory you can gain personal information to our recording habits.

Do you / Can you do this? How can we be sure that this data is not being collected somewhere?

Also I'm not quite sure why internet access is a MUST. Many tracks are not identified anyway. It would make sense to be able to tick-box the requirement for contact with your servers (Identification) or not. Is this something you may add in a future release? As it stands if your servers stop working/you stop trading then the software would be useless. I had experience with this on several apps in the past where licensing was done every time the app was used. When the company closed and the license servers were switched off then the app stopped working too. There was really no need for that IMO.

Thanks

You can disable song splitting and tagging in Replay Music as well as in Replay Media Catcher.

Internet connection is probably required to track pirated versions of the software.
