I've been using RMC for quite a while without any problems but, recently, it doesn't seem to be working at it also affects whichever browser I use. When I try to record a YouTube video, Chrome crashes completely & Firefox refuses to connect to the Internet. I was working with Vista as the operating system and yesterday, I upgraded to Windows 7, hoping that this would resolve the problem. No such luck. IE8 refuses to recognize it and the other 2 still crash or lock up. Also, once I've opened RMC and the browser crashes, it also seems to lock me out of the Internet since the browsers refuse to open any URL's till I shut down & reboot, even if I've closed RMC. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling but so far, this doesn't seem to help.

Would anyone have any suggestions as to what I could try?

maybe upgrading to the latest version of RMC and your browsers will help solve it.
