RMC has the right title but then forgets it after download

I have been experiencing this on a few sites lately. RMC will be downloading the video with the right title showing (but not editable) but as soon as the video is finished downloading, it reverts to a generic name (usually the site's domain).

It's not the end of the world, but it's a bit annoying. Any reason for that?
Could there be a way to "freeze" the title while the video is downloading?

Click Tools>>Settings, highlight capture HTTP streams and click Plug-in options. Uncheck "browser rename".

I did that but the video still uses the same naming pattern as soon as it finishes downloading. In this case (and in another couple of instances) the naming pattern is domain (1).flv where (1) is the order in which the videos terminate.

However, the plugin used (according to the properties) is " Capture RTMP streams".

I wish there was a way to "mark" the videos somehow. The (#) is not useful because not all videos download in the order I trigger them.
Renaming the videos is very easy for me because I use "Better file rename" but I still need to know what order thy are in.
