I'm having problems converting ASF files

with the free convertor attached to replay media catcher. Sometimes it does not convert and it just says "finished" do asf files get converted with the free convertor attached to the replay media catcher or do I have to search for a different program?

Are these files coming from a specific site? Replay Converter (http://applian.com/replay-converter/index.php) is a more robust converter, however some files just cannot be converted.
