I paid for a replay media catcher software, I had truble with my computer and needed to reinstall the program, I finaly puchased a new computer, as I try to install the program I get a pop-up sayng I intalled to many time and will not allowe me.
I realy installed it on the same computer.
Can anyone HELP?

that is an unusual problem. hope you could resolve that soon.


Not so unusual.... seems you can install it 3-4 times before Big Brother stops you cold.

Each code has an activation limit. This is in place to prevent your code from being pirated. If you get this error, contact Customer Support and we can fix this for you. Thanks!

This is of course another example of bullshit who only hurts, harms and inconveniences the honest buyer - the dishonest one can find a cracked version of this program in 30 seconds on the net.

I'm not sure how it harms anyone. If you run into a problem with this you can contact support and we can reset the code. We answer all tickets within 24 hours, though in reality our average response time is a few hours.

Many software vendors allow you to use software on a single PC only, so I don't really understand your complain.

I have the same problem. i have created a ticket 2 times and i have gotten no response from the activation people. can some one help me.

All tickets are answered within 24 hours, though usually much quicker. Please give the support team time to answer your requests. If you did not receive ticket numbers than your tickets were not properly submitted.
