HTTP .FLV streams are very easy to catch. Make sure to run RMC before opening your browser and navigating to 5min.com. You can also try to hit Record -> Launch default browser from RMC.

Also RMC 3.11 allows you to go to Tools -> Video History to save HTTP and HTTPS video streams from there.
