Replay Media Catcher wont record anything: Every time I click Start Recording, the Internet browser will crash

Hi there.
I bought the RMC few days ago. Everything went perfect until yesterday when I noticed that not only that I cannot record anything but also, every time I click Start Recording, the Internet browser will crash. I tried to use Firefox, Chrome, IE8 and Safari but I encounter the same experience.
What do I have to do? Any ideas??
