Hi there, I am trying to figure out why when I am recording a video it says "complete" and the size is 189.57mb and says the length of the video is 1:45hr/min but it stops playing at 47minutes every time. I've tried converting it to mp4, and playing it from windows media player but it always stops at 47 minutes 23 seconds out of 1 hour 45.....any idea why it is doing this? There are no errors... I would really appreciate some help, thanks in advance!!

Ok, I just tried it with another video, on another site and it stops at 132mb, and has no duration listed for the length and won't let me skip ahead...i would really appreciate some advice

Are you using the demo version? What sites are you trying to capture?

hey there, I am using the full version (the one for $39). Here is a link to the movie:

(once you click play give it a sec to start if it appears to freeze, it has worked for me everytime)

Let me know what you think..I can't figure out why it says the file is 1:45hr long but just stops at 47min:23sec. I'm fairly certain that it isn't downloading the whole file even though Media Catcher says it is..i'm not sure why else it would stop playing? Please let me know if you can help me out here. Thanks!!

i'm thinking it may be with the site.. but if you are experiencing the same problem with the other sites, i am not quite sure. i'm sure the admins will give support.

I am getting the same problem. I am going to have the developer look into this and see if this is something we can fix or if you will need to use another program.
