Rhapsody crashes ffmpeg.exe

I'm using Replay Media Catcher 3.02 with Firefox 3.5.2 under Windows XP3, to capture MP3 files from rhapsody.com

Each time I play a new song, a pop-up box says:

ffmpeg.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close....
Please tell Microsoft about this problem.

Any suggestions?

does this problem only happen with rhapsody.com? because i think i've read a similar problem before here in the forums.

Replay Media Catcher does not work with Rhapsody. We recommend Replay Music (http://www.applian.com/replay-music/).

I can't way whether it only happens with rhapsody, but I've only experienced it there.

Actually, after I close the error message about ffmpeg, Replay Media Catcher does proceed to capture the MP3 file.

Even if Rhapsody is not supported, it shouldn't cause the application to crash.
