Why does my plugin during RMC start up keep failing?

My downloads continue to fail, meeting with an exclamation surrounded in red. Is this because of my failed plug in? Everytime during my start up for my RMC, my plugin continously keeps failing. Why is that? HELP!!!! :D:confused:

The red exclamation pint indicates an error. Double click on the file and tell me what the error says.

Has this error been occuring ever since? or just recently? and yes, what error msg does it say by the way.

yes the error has been occurring ever since. here's the message error i received.

There was either an error, or the download was canceled.
Media was saved as a partial file.

For some reason... at the Beginning when i start my RMC...the plugin section starts and fails. Normally my the plugins are already set and merely moves on to the RMC. But for some reason now it goes through to my plugins then once i hit starts it takes min or so to finish then it fails, but says update is complete.
