won't stop running in demo mode

I have paid online, registered the registration number and when I try to record, it keeps stopping after 1min 40seconds...when I try to go to the activation page, it keeps trying to sell me the product I have already bought! Help please!

Have you played the file back to be sure that it is incomplete? Media Catcher often captures faster than real time.
