RMC 2.3 not tagging the downloads

Hi all,
I remember upgrading to 2.3 and it was working perfect until a few months ago. It stoped renaming the files to the artist or song name. It names all my files as track1.mp3, track2.mp3.....

Has something changed? Do I need to download an upgrade? Where do i get it? Or is this another purchase again?

Try upgrading to the latest version. You can purchase an upgrade (http://applian.com/replay-media-catcher/upgrade3.php) for $9.95.

Well that sucks. Does that mean I have to puchase a new version everytime there is an upgrade? Last time I upgaded and paid, then guy said, oh we have not charged for upgrades for years so I went ahead and purchased it, now, it hasn't even been a year and I already have to purchase another upgrade?
Here is the link to my previous thread in January on this year where Andy, one of Applian developers told me that we would not have to pay for another upgrade for LONG LONG time. What gives?????

OK, now I read about the upgrade that if you purchased your software after July 1, 2008 the upgrade is free, and I can continue to use your existing registration code. Problem now is, on the upgrade page, when I enter my registration code or my email, it still wants me to pay. I purchased my 2.4 in January of this year. How can I do my upgrade for free?

If you purchased of January this year you would be running 3.01. 2.4 is a much older version. Submit a support ticket or send me the email you used when you purchased and I will look into this for you.
