Best Quality XM

I'm new to Replay AV so I want to make sure that I am getting the highest quality recording of XM. In the tutorial, the screen shot for the 'Edit Show Properties' box shows the following: "Record to this Format: MP3" and below that it says, "After Recording, Convert to: Nothing - Leave As Is". On my computer, after I select "Record XM", I do not have the option to record in the MP3 format. My only option is "Stream Capture". After I record using stream capture what, if anything, should I convert it to to get the highest quality audio? Thanks.

The ideal method is to use stream capture. It gives you the best quality as it captures in the native format. You are able to convert it to a different format if you wish after recording. You set that up in the properties of the show.
