Open Media Catcher
Click on tools - settings
Make sure Capture Flash RTMP streams is highlighted
Click Plug-in options
The second box is the FLV timestamp increment, you may need to play with this a little, but usually set it around 500 for live streams.

This is usually the result of another program clashing with Media Catcher. Here is a list of things that we know can cause this problem:

Ad-Muncher
LiveMesh
CounterSpy
SpySweeper
ZoneAlarm
CA Anti-Spyware Utility
Comodo
Vista Transformation Pack
Net Nanny
Threatfire

If you have any of these or a similar app running on your computer, try shutting them down while Media Catcher is running. If it is not one of the known apps this can be difficult to pinpoint.

Of all the apps, I was running LiveMesh and Threatfire. I disable them both and still having the same problem.

This only happen when I press the Start Recording button and firefox will load any web sites.

I don't know about Livemesh, but threatfire has to be uninstalled for Media Catcher o work. Disabling that program will not work.

I uninstalling threatfire and it didn't fix the problem. I open firefox, everything is fine, then I open media catcher, everything is fine, I start recording, firefox will not open any web sites.

I know that Live mesh can cause compatibility issues, I meant that I am unsure if you can shut it down or if it is necessary to have it uninstalled.

I uninstall Live Mesh and Threadfire and it didn't fix my problem.

I did what u said ,i tried with 75 and it's work very good,but i don't know why i recorded without sound.if there any solution for that?
