Trouble with XM Oprah channel 156

I just purchased the full pack today and I NEED to record a show on Oprah and Friends XM radio channel 156. However when I set up a stream record, my status continues to say connecting. The file saved is usually around 8KB and is silent.

ANY help is appreciated!

I should also mention the quick record where recording is done from me speakers (not a solution for my recording tomorrow) works.

Since you can do a record now you know it is a station that does work on your radio. Not every station they offer is available online. Please delete it from AV. Now, add it again by going to Record-Record XM. Enter your email and login info. If you still have an issue you will need to contact technical support.
