(solved) No Response from Customer Service

Having trouble with my registration and submitted a ticket twice - once last night and once very early this morning...no response whatsoever yet and need to get some work done.

Called the Applian telephone numbers (both 800 and direct) only to get VM.

Does anyone know how to contact a real live person that can help me?

Love the software, very unhappy with the customer service.

What is the ticket number that you were given when you submitted your request? We answer all of our tickets within 24 hours.

If you don't get a ticket number it means that the ticket didn't go through properly - sorry about that. We all care!! :)
