Replay Media Catcher won't convert.

I just registered my copy of Replay Media Catcher. I've captured a few files from the web. Capture works fine, but when I try to convert them the converter moves quickly to "Finished". YouTube files seem to work fine, but the files at:
http://www.vocalcompetition-ivc.tv/index.php
(the last one is only 7minutes long) won't convert. I think they are higher resolution than typical. Is this the problem? How do I solve the problem?
