I am new to this, so please bear with me....
I just bought this program and downloaded 1st video from Hulu. Was an hour long tv documentary and I got it fine and it plays fine.
I had read reviews that said Media Catcher downloads fast even before the video is finished playing. Also can download multiple video at the same time.
Well, Media Catcher recorded it at the same speed I received it (about 90k/sec)
and completed it exactly same time the video finished streaming.
When I tried to download multiple videos download was taking longer than the video and video being received was very jerky.
I have fiber optic access with just a hair under 5MB/sec download speed and a fairly powerful PC I built. ( Core 2 Duo 2.66 G processor, 2 G DDR2 800 RAM, ATI All in Wonder PCI Express Video Card, lots of defragged hard drive space no other apps in background ...)
Just wondering what is "normal". Great to be able to record, but kinda sucks to have to record in real time, one at a time.
