RMC not recording new Hulu (family guy) episodes or new Southpark videos

Hi everyone,

RMC has been able to download Family Guy & South Park videos in the past but cannot download newer episodes. Any ideas on why RMC can't. Here are the links to Hulu Family Guy and South Park that RMC won't download. Thanks.

Tasha, I believe that faq is out of date. There is another post by Andy that explains that Adobe made subsequent changes that prevent the old version from continuing to work, so the faq that implies it will continue to work is incorrect.

It lets people know that we are not making any forced updates to the older version, and that we are not making any changes to the older plug-in. It doesn't say that the older version will continue to work. It also says that we will no longer support that version.
