Hi there.
I've just bought and installed "Replay Capture Suite" for the first time and am having a little difficulty.

I'm trying to schedule a daily recording through the BBC's 'Listen Again' service, and I am able to successfully add the URL. When I try to "Start Record/Download" though it attempts to connect and fails. I know that the URL is OK though because when I use the "Replay Tuner" from the same saved schedule it plays immediately.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Here is an extract from the log file:

You paid for forum support? I thought it was a part of the package for those who bought Replay Capture Suite.

Did you open a formal problem report (http://www.applian.com/support-products.php)?

Yes, I was only going to purchase Replay A/V. I prefer getting support in a forum environment, I don't like asking the same question that has been asked a million times, so having a searchable forum prevents that.

But no, I didn't submit a support request, so thanks for the link.
