I am trying to take a flv file from You Tube and transfer it into Windows Movie Maker. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I have looked at all supported files in Movie Maker and then converted my flv file into one or more of these but when I open WMM it does not recognize the file? Is there something I am doing wrong with the conversion, or is anyone familiar with WMM and maybe I am doing something incorrectly? Help.....

Use Replay Converter to convert your .flv files to DVD NTSC format. I assume that is why you are trying to use Moviemaker there.

You should convert flv to wmv or avi, it worked for me.
