Meeting Recorder Plus for Windows

When I try to run the program, it comes up with an error: "Meeting Recorder Plus is already running". It most certainly is NOT running. I even rebooted the system, and it still comes up with that error. Director says the version I have installed is 1.1.1.0

go into your task manager on your computer and make sure that you don't have it open there. Then reboot your computer. Now, give it a try.
If you continue to have an issue do open up a support ticket as we do like to track them.

I used Replay Telecorder for a week, and just tried it this morning and it works fine. I don't know how many times I rebooted the computer, but it was a bunch. Didn't work for a few days. Now it works. Go figure.
