I'm trying to upgrade from version 5 on a PC that hasn't been used in about 10 months but I get the error message "RCATSetup.exe couldn't be downloaded"
Any help?

Try a different browser. Make sure it is allowed in your firewall. Also, do make sure that previous versions are closed and not open or in the taskbar when installing.

Problem solved....downloaded from Applian website instead of directly from Director
