Note - I am working with Technical support and while they are trying to help they have not yet resolved my problem. Here goes...my copy of RMC5 suddenly reverted to Trial Mode. I've tried combinations of removing the registration key, rebooting, uninstalling the program, etc. In the end, I enter the registration ID and the software appears to accept my key - the Trial Mode title goes off - then a few seconds later comes back on. I've checked my firewall SW (Norton Internet Security) logs and I don't see that anything is being blocked. Has anyone had this issue - and/or maybe tried something to resolve it?
