I upgraded to Replay Converter 5, and now I am at a total loss

I need help. I am not all that computer savvy, with Replay converter 4 I had no problems converting and burning youtube videos. Now that I have Replay converter 5, I am at a total loss on how to convert and burn DVDs. is there anywhere to get some step by step instruction written that I might understand.

I solved all my problems with Replay Converter 5, I re-downloaded version 4 and it is working like a charm as always.
