This isn't a whinge.
OK, yes it is.

Trying to use Replay media Splitter to split out a set of clips from a video of my sons rugby.

Not one clip but several bits all in one go.

It ought to be easy (shouldn't it?)

But the help page is one of the worst examples of writing help I have ever seen, and I write software for a living.
Don't even get me started on the appalling help video

Surely there must be someone at Applian that is responsible for the DIRE help content to what is otherwise and ought to be good software.

So what I am saying is.

Is that it for help.
Is that really the best there is?

How long did it take to write it? 10 minutes.

Come on peeps.

Good software suite, but really you ought to be able to come up with better than that.

Anyway.
If I ever figure it out, I am off to write my own.

I'm sorry you feel that way. Most people think our User Guides and our videos are great and easy to use. If you do need help other than that please do contact us at tech support and we can help you with the necessary details. We would need to know what you are trying to do, the format of the file, what windows you are using, and what version of our program. Thanks.

I agree. All I'm trying to do is cut out a couple of parts from a small audio file, and keep the rest. The "help" page instructions are useless. I'm so frustrated that I've smashed my Sennhauser headphones on the floor and I'm shutting down the software and giving up. Absolutely useless help page with no useful information at all.
