View Full Version : QUICK RECORD DOES NOT WORK!

I had to refresh my computer so I had to reinstall RR9. To record SiriusXm I have to use quick record. It used to work fine now it just shows the red circle without recording anything. How can I get it to work again? I am using Windows 8.1 & IE 11.

Try a different browser. Also, if you did not turn secure boot off you will need to do that with your Windows 8.1. If you continue to have an issue do contact tech support. Thanks.
