Amazon Prime recording issues - ReplayMusic 7

I am trying to record a song like "Here for the Party" Gretchen Wilson from my Amazon Prime Playlist and one of two things happen. If I am in the application mode I only record 40 sec of the 3+ min. song before the next song is downloaded. Yet the Here the Party song continues to play the full song. If I switch to Stereo Mode I only record what I hear and there is no way record off the audio card like in previous versions of Replay. When I turn down the volume on the PC I record dead air until I turn up the volume. Can some provide some advice?

Make sure amazon pride is allowed in the application configuration in the settings of the program. Make sure you are using the latest version of our program. Do a fresh boot of your
computer prior to doing a recording.
