RM 7 and Spotify naming

I have my name rule as {title}_{artist}

while recording 3 consecutive songs, I get:
A Christmas To Remember - A Christmas To Remember Album Version - Amy Grant - Spotify_.mp3
Silent Night - Amy Grant - Spotify.mp3
Mister Santa_Amy Grant.mp3

only the last one is in the correct format

any ideas?

The last one was tagged by our tagging software. The other two were not tagged by our software and show what it shows in the player. You are able to edit the music so it is correct.
