Hi Cheryl,

I have a new computer and would like to install my copy of AV 8 on a Windows 8.1 x64 computer. However, I receive an error message during installation stating "WinPCap compatibility issue". I know you will refer me to your other Applian apps, but my preference is with AV 8. Please advise a possible solution.

A suggestion would be to go to the WinPCap website and see if they have a newer version that does work with your computer. Uninstall the winpacap you have first. You are going to find that more and more streams will not work with AV due to changes in technology so we do have our Replay Radio as an excellent replacement.
