Since RMC's torrent provider changed formats on them expectantly, DL'ing of video torrents as been problematic (actually non-existent for the most part).
The issue started with "No Results" displayed when you opened the video torrents
That continued on and off, and for one weekend it appeared to be resolved then immediately started back.
Now the "NEW" problem is that video torrent DLs either DL with errors or never DL at all (95% never DL)
When you view the seeders and leechers, the seeders may be in the 8K range and leechers in the 4K range, yet when you attempt to DL it sits there until it is killed days later.
Uploading the log files to support has resulted in them saying there are no seeders. The log files may indicate that but there app shows differently. I suppose that the search and th eDL are using different components since the change over.
Support has been less than helpful continually stating that there is no problem, even so much as saying that there never was a problem with the torrent provider said by the same tech that put in the ticket that "was" the problem.
If ANYONE is having issues DL'ing video torrents please open a ticket or post a reply to this forum as it appears this will never be fixed as they claim there is no problem.
Obtaining a refund has yielded no replies as well.
