View Full Version : RMC 5.0.1.24 not capturing even a single video automatically

With each version, I am experiencing more and more failures.

Now with Replay Media Catcher 5.0.1.24 IO have been unable to download a single video using the START button (which monitors and automatically downloads videos). Manual download works ONLY for *some* youtube, not for Vimeo or any other site I try. Even Applian Technologies' youtube videos won't download using RMC. Too funny!!!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program multiple times. No luck.

Please tell me where I can download an old RMC 4 version.

Really sad that what used to be a great product has gone downhill so fast. Just look at all the failures being reported online. Anybody have a suggestion for an alternative product?

Sure thing and sorry for the delayed response, our support desk is located at: http://applian.com/support/ - Click on the product (RMC) you're having issues with, then click on "Submit a Request" on the TOP of that screen

I've clicked on Replay Media Catcher, and that takes me to this link: http://applian.com/replay-media-catcher/support/

There is NO button or link anywhere to "Submit a Request" - not at the top, nor elsewhere. I am trying with both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome!
