Veoh has introduced a new web player. Media Catcher is not compatible with this player. As of right now we are recommending Replay Video Capture for this site. It is not clear if a fix will be possible. :(

Don't want to sound ignorant, but can you give a quick 2 sentence explanation giving the difference between media catcher and video capture and perhaps hardware requirement differences?

Media catcher captures the actual stream, while Video Capture records what you see on your screen.
