Recording from Ooyala

I am trying to download or record a video that is served by Ooyala. It is a secure video on a company server. They all have https: URL's. Some require a username and password, and others don't, but they are all https:. I have RMC 4 and 5. A couple of years ago I recorded similar videos from Ooyala with RMC 4, but I can't get either of them to download or record these streams now. The streams are served in the Ooyala Player, which is Flash based. I am not sure what to do. Any ideas would be appreciated.

This is something we'd really need to test on this end to see - and I'm guessing you can't share the access.

Unless CRS chimes in, please use the technical support section of the website to submit your tech support ticket and include your record log file:

The log file will show us all your activity for the day/session and allow us to see exactly what is happening, and hopefully help resolve your issue as well (but again, I can't make any promises based on the assumption this is being streamed in a private network and you can't share the access, which is understandable). :-)
