Random Thumbnail Generator in Version 5?

Can someone please help?

I recently upgraded (?) to version 5 and now, whenever I convert a file from .flv to .mp4 it generates a random thumbnail (so far I've gotten an Elvis impersonator and a close up of some guy) that has NOTHING to do with the video itself and CANNOT be changed in explorer even by emptying the thumbnail cache.

The thumbnail CAN be changed within Replay itself but who cares? I'm not going to open Replay every time I browse videos. I can't think WHERE this is being
generated from or where the thumbnails are stored.

Can anyone help? I know it sounds minor but this is a deal breaker for me.

Hey -

Thumbnails can be taken from a google images lookup based on the file name/artist tags and are ID3 tagged in the file.

How do I turn this off. It's a deal breaker for me too and is pissing me off. I would rather no image than something the program got from google and deems is appropriate cover art. It needs tto go.
