Poor quality after conversion but only at START of video?

Hello!

I have the Suite and have only used the Replay Converter a few times. I've been using it to lower the quality of the videos I'm recording using Replay Video Capture so I can upload them to the support team for troubleshooting some problems with Media Cather 5. Anyway, I've converted like 4 videos and I've noticed that in each case that the quality of the converted video is extremely bad for the first few seconds then gets better. This happens in all the videos. Has anybody seen this before and is there a way to prevent it? Not a huge deal for the videos I'm converting but if doing a good video I'd want the first few seconds to be good too :)

This is not an issue I have seen nor have I been able to duplicate. If you continue to have this issue please send a ticket to tech support with details and a log file. Thanks.
