Blur Parts of Video

I want to create an instructional video for a group, but want to blur out the log-in info for my account. Is there someway to blur out this part of the screen, maybe in editing after video is created? I only want to blur out small sections of the screen where personal info is displayed.

Our program does not offer that. You would need to use editing software to do that.

Correct - you can use a 3rd party video editor for this such as Camtasia, iMovie or Windows Movie Maker
