I keep getting asked for an activation code

Replay Music NOW version 5.5 keeps asking for an Activation code.
So I put in the correct one.
It says it has accepted it and it in now registered.
The i icon tells me it is a registered version.

A few minutes later when it wants to tag a track, it tellms me to enter the code again.

This goes on add infinitum.

Suggestions?
